Specific Guidance for Patients with Certain Chronic Diseases
For patients with cardiovascular system diseases, any sexual activity has a certain potential risk. Therefore, patients who are not recommended to have a sexual life, Cialis Soft Tabs should not be prescribed. It is necessary to consider and assess the potential risk of complications for patients with the following diseases:
- Myocardial infarction within the last 3 months;
- Angina occurring during sexual intercourse, or unstable angina;
- Heart failure;
- Hypotension (with BP <90/50 mm Hg);
- Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia, arterial hypertension;
- Transferred in the last six months of a stroke.
Cialis Soft Tabs should be taken with caution and strict medical advice to patients with the predisposition to priapism (leukemia, multiple myeloma, sickle cell anemia), or with anatomical penis deformation (Peyronie’s disease, carvenous fibrosis, angulation). At untimely treatment of priapism penis tissue is damaged, perhaps as a result of the onset of long-term potency loss.
We do not recommend taking the drug with other drugs to increase potency, because the clinical implications of such acceptance are not studied. In comparison with healthy people, patients with renal insufficiency of moderate severity complain of back pain when using this drug. Side effects of tadalafil in patients with severe renal impairment (creatine clearance of 30 ml / min) has not been studied.
In patients with creatine clearance of 50 mL/min, Cialis Soft Tabs is assigned with a high degree of caution.
